Chirpstack 3.7.0 version

how to install chirpstack-application-server version 3.7.0.
because i tried to create network-server in chirpstack-application webpage, but it always shows error as context deadline exceeded (code: 2)

so i want to go back to older version of it. If i took git clone i dont know which is the way to install it locally.
Does anyone help me?
