ChirpStack 4 - Installation Guide

Is there a update ChirpStack 4 installation guide?

I aware there’s a v3 to v4 upgrade guide but what I’m hoping to do is create a new clean installation of ChirpStack 4 and would prefer not to have to install v3 and then upgrade it to v4.
