It seems to be a issue with the logic of the mesh in US915 vs EU868:

Hey Everyone, I’ve been trying to set up the gateway mesh for testing but have not been able to achieve communication between my gateways yet. I believe the issue is with my frequency config. I have 3 Pi4s spread out with CS OS installed and a Dragino LoRaWAN Hat. On all of them Concentratord is configured to us915_1. Gateway Mesh US915 Setup issues

I have the same issue: Seems like a bug to me, the code seems to require using downlink frequencies: min_freq: 923000000, max_freq: 928000000 but the other gateways in the mesh don’t receive the signal then.

Also glancing at your logs you seem to be working in US915 but then I see:
