"Confirmed Uplink" flag in MQTT message?

Just like adr is available in the MQTT message when the node is reporting that ADR is enabled, is it possible to get something like cnf to report that the node is requesting a confirmed uplink?

I believe this was just added in the latest test release? [release] ChirpStack Network Server v3.10 (test releases)

It seems to be part of per-application integration, not a global one, so it will not be visible in MQTT? At least I cant see it

It is included in the Protobuf bases messages (both json and protobuf).
