I’m from Indonesia we’re in Indonesia have regional Frequency Plan in AS923-2

Uplink Channel:

  • 921.2MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125
  • 921.4MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125 Mandatory, Join Channel
  • 921.6MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125 Mandatory, Join Channel
  • 921.8MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125
  • 922.0MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125
  • 922.2MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125
  • 922.4MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125
  • 922.6MHz - SF7BW125 to SF12BW125

Downlink Channel:

  • Uplink Channel 1-8 (RX1)
  • 921.4MHz - SF10BW125 (RX2)

How to add this to Chirpstack ?

I add extra channel frequency to Gateway Profiles and i did it, i can see my sensor data at live lorawan frames in my gateway but i can’t see data at my devices i already create new device profile and create new device but no luck, data not seen in my device, can you help me @brocaar

Solved by edit config at chirpstack network server and also delete device and create new application, and also add freq at device profiles > join abp/otaa -> Factory-preset frequencies (Hz)
