Device Move, from one application to another

Hi,

I have moved a device from one application to another, by deleting it, and recreating it.

Since i did that i stopped receiving data from it, i can see in the gateway frames it is sending data, but because the device is not activated on the new app, the data is not being processed, due to the keys.

is there a way around it, or i must restart the device to rejoin?

It’s common practice in our firmware that if you get enough failed messages (without a confirmation, really), to fall back to a rejoin. Without knowing what your device is or anything about the firmware, it’s difficult to make a guess as to what it should be doing.
