Duplicate packets of the gateway

Hello,

I have an end device and a gateway located approximately 5–6 meters away. Although I still receive duplicates from the same gateway, do you have any idea why this is happening and how to avoid it?

As part of my project, I want to send alarms, but the end user should not receive an alarm twice or more if two identical packets are sent.

You mean you are receiving the same uplink twice? In that case, the signal of the device is too powerful and is overloading the gateway radio. Ideally, you want to avoid these situations.
