Error objet does not exist

Hi

After update form loraserver to ChirpStack, i’m getting the message:

nov 11 15:58:57 rak-gateway chirpstack-network-server[462]: time=“2019-11-11T15:58:57-03:00” level=error msg=“uplink: handle downlink tx ack error” ctx_id=84bbd6ca-3897-45c6-95e7-e643ad1672aa error=“get downlink-frames error: object does not exist” gateway_id=b827ebfffebeb493 token=33979

The gateway exist and its configured on ChirpStack app server, but dont show any count of data (before update, the gateway was counting)

And, if you see, in live lorawan frames, you can see data

Hi @brocaar,
Having similar issue with RAK7243.
I received the message -
rak-gateway chirpstack-network-server[9828]: time=“2020-03-30T01:46:47+03:00” level=error msg=“uplink: handle downlink tx ack error” ctx_id=583a24e9-8833-49b1-bc07-7f7a9892a260 error=“get downlink-frames error: object does not exist” gateway_id=b827ebfffe222bf2 token=22586

The uplink messages can be seen in the server (device data) but the node (RAK5205) doesn’t get the Acks and the downlink data.
That setup works for few hours before this issue started.
Thanks

this tells you that endnode device is offline and not registered in the network

Thanks @eugenev,

If it is offline and not registered how in the server (local) web UI I can see the uploaded data?

never registered device, no data.
FYI: application server is not an application. storing and operation with the endnode data completely in the responsibility of the application.
