Forward packet by MQTT to my URL or IP

Hello, I install LoRa server on my windows server 2016. It work correctly. I send a data by node. Gateway receive it and forward data to LoRa Server and in forward data by MQTT to Application. I wanna LoRa Server send to my URL or IP. what should I do?
