Foward downlink packet to specific gateway for an organization

is it possible to foward downlink packet to specific gateway of an organization?

This is not possible. ChirpStack will select the gateway “closest” to the device. You can make gateways private however to an organization so that these can’t be used by other organizations.

Oh I see, how can I make the gateway private as I can’t find the setting on the application server

This settings available in chirpstack-application-server web-interface

First you need to enable Private Gateway in service-profile then you need to select service-profile in gateway configuration.
