Gateway has not never been seen

I have this issue. I installed chirpstack V4 in my computer and I trying to connect LPS8 V2 dragino gateway via Semtech UDP, but it is impossible for me. I followed the documentation in

And in the terminal there’s not problem if I command:

systemctl status chirpstack:

Where do you install ChirpStack gateway bridge? On the gateway or on Ubuntu server?
If you install it on Ubuntu server, have you opened port UDP/1700 (yes, UDP) on the Ubuntu server?
