Install LoRa Server on Windows Server 2016

I would like to install ChirpStack on Windows Server 2016, where can I find a clear guide with a ChirpStack installation ?, I found several guides on the internet but none have worked, I tried Docker and it did not work either, I install Docker but the error that I need images but none were shown.

windows binaries also.
