I have three devices (Mote RN2903, custom RN2903, and Mote WLR089U0 Module) that work and three that do not join (custom RN2903) although join messages are sent to the device from Chirpstack, but are not received.
How do I reset the devices counts in Chirpstack? I think sending a factory reset cleared the counts which are now out of sync in the three devices that are no longer accepting the join message at the device.
