No statistics at gateway

Hi,

Recently, I noticed that the packet statistics are not shown for the gateway, while the packets are still received correctly. This one happened only for the last 4 days, if I see the statistic history.

No thing changed in meanwhile, same gateway same packet forwarder. I read the other same topic for the same problem. Yes the packet forwarder is sending the updates to the NS. I am using LoRank GW.

What can be the issue?

As I fixed the issue I will reply to myself. The reason why the statistics were not shown is the mismatch between date and time at the gateway and NS.

If you see that the last_seen field is being updated but there is no data statistics then most probably you are facing this issue, date and time mismatch.
