Not connected to websocket API RAK7258

I try to view the live lorawan frames and it only shows not connected to websocket API, any idea? @brocaar

I read in a forum that i have to have my endnodes active but when i try to activate it or edit it (the frequency in my lgt-92) only say AT_BUSY_ERROR, how can i set up it? because i read all the manual and the AT commands manual and it does not do anything.
