Problem send downlink to device

Hello,

I have configured a Chirpstack instance and I have connected a sensor device with kerlink gateway.

I have sent a data in base64 to device through the chirpstack application

In the mqtt topic:

The device configuration does not change.

The gateway is Kerlink
The device is Tekelek Utrasonic water

Looking at the timing: IMMEDIATELY, it looks like you have configured your device as Class-C in the device-profile. Are you sure this is correct?

Did this ever get solved? Amfg, how did you get the device ‘loaded’ into chirpstack and what codec are you using. We can’t get ours to even get into the Chirpstack
