Sensors are not connected to the gateway

I set up an intelligent Lora system including the following equipment
Gateway kerlink ifemtocell
Sensors for Sensoneo waste management
Spot parking sensors
Vizio-Green irrigation sensor

The system was launched on the TTN platform, but unfortunately, the waste management and irrigation sensors did not reset , and I could not connect them to my gateway. Where can the problem be?
