It seems I finally found the problem of status “Never seen” in server-application. So the problem appears, when network-server tries to update stat packs from gateway, so here is evidence:
@brocaar, please, give me the info where you create databases with schemas.
I don’t think the SQL error you are sharing has to do with the update statement. Are you sure that you have entered the correct Gateway ID?
@brocaar , what’s the gateway ID? Is MAC the gateway ID? If it is MAC, then both IDs (from application server and simulator) are similar.
