What are the published MQTT Topics I can subscribe to?

I read this, Sending and receiving data and this, MQTT authentication & authorization.

Is this the full list of Topics that are published that I can subscribe to?

Do I need to use a mixture of MQTT and HTTP (API / REST) to create an end user web application that can display the End Nodes sensor data and control the End Nodes realys or other things?

Many thanks in advance for some kind guidance on this Topic.

Yes, these are the topics exposed by LoRa App Server. The HTTP integration is just an other way to get exactly the same data. No need to use them both.
