i am very new to lora and have raspberry pi4 with wm1302 seeed studio module. I have docker and used github to start. I am in ip server. DO i need a api key, and where do i get one?
If you need an API key depends on how you are planning to use ChirpStack. If you are planning to make API calls, then yes you will need an API key 
Just to let you know, you might want to consider using the ChirpStack Gateway OS (Introduction - ChirpStack open-source LoRaWAN® Network Server documentation), which has support for the WM1302 and Raspberry Pi 4. The Full version comes with ChirpStack and Node-RED pre-installed.
