API problem with device GET frames / events

When requesting the GET frames / events from a specific device, I don’t get any answer, just the typical dots that represents a “loading” action. After a timeout the response is 0.

The answer for this problem is not working, the link returs 404.

Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

You need a websocket client to use that endpoint. See the documentation of that endpoint in the same screen
