Azure IoT Hub (partial) support?

Hi everyone – I think I’ve managed to confuse myself.

In the documentation for Gateway Bridge V4, there is information on how to set up Azure IoT Hub as the target (Azure IoT Hub - ChirpStack open-source LoRaWAN® Network Server documentation).

But in the Chirpstack server documentation, there’s just a “coming soon” message regarding using Azure IoT Hub as the backend (Azure IoT Hub - ChirpStack open-source LoRaWAN® Network Server documentation).

What is the purpose of having the Gateway Bridge publish to Azure IoT hub if it is not possible to have the Chirpstack server consume from Azure IoT hub?

For full context, I’m trying to design an architecture where I don’t have to run the full Chirpstack server directly on the gateway (preferring instead to run Chirpstack in our Azure cloud), but also don’t have to deploy / maintain an internet-accessible MQTT broker.
