Strange problem. Last night I burned an SD card to boot in a RPi 4, was able to login with ‘root’ and no password. Somewhere along the way I messed something up and my RAK2287 was no longer being recognized. Rather than spend time figuring it out, I pulled the SD card and re-burned it.
Now when I try to login with root/<nothing>
at https://172.16.3.195/cgi-bin/luci/
(which is a redirect from going to 172.16.3.195), it gives me a “Invalid username and/or password! Please try again.” error. I’ve reburned the SD card again, same thing.
For grins, I’ve tried root/root, root/admin, admin/admin, root/, admin/, admin/ (where ‘’ is the password I set when the first SD card worked).
The image I used is chirpstack-gateway-os-4.7.1-full-bcm27xx-bcm2709-rpi-2-squashfs-factory.img.gz
Any thoughts on this? I’ve been a Linux user for decades, Chirpstack for at least 5 years, messed with OpenWRT a little (but not with luci), so it’s not like I’m just starting out here.
