CHirpstack installed in Kerlink but gateway offline

Hi
I have installed Chirpstack on Kerlink iFemto using the terminal commands at Edge computing | KerOS 6 (kerlink.com)

This all seems to have worked but the gateway is offline. Is there a further step I need to have the gateway online…?

I am not sure if it is relevant but in the Kerlink interface it states that one system has failed:

GENIVI DLT system. Application to forward syslog messages to DLT, transfer system information, logs and files.

Any help appreciated.

I have seen the Kerlink documentation, but I have not yet tried these steps myself. Since your issue is related to their guide, maybe it is better to contact Kerlink directly. If there is an issue in their guide they can fix it so that other users don’t run in the same issue.

Hi Brocarr, thanks I have done this and await their reply which I will share.

In the meantime in the Chirpstack environment, can I delete the default gateway which is offline and create a new one?

Last time (2 years ago), I use UDP forwarder in Kerlink gateway.
Able to connect to ChirpStack v3.

The documentation of Kerlink products is quite close (not public).
