Please add the note to upgrade/downgrade FPGA Version to 31 on the Multitech Conduit AP section.

This is only mentioned in the Multitech Conduit section, and not the Conduit AP section, but is also is applicable to at least MTCAP-LNA3-915-041A on mPower v6.3.4 with forwarder v4.4.0 and concentratord v4.5.1.

When reconfiguring the device from only forwarder, concentratord would fail to start until the FPGA version was downgraded to 31 from 35.
