Chirpstack + Sensecap T1000-B tracker not working

Hi everyone, new to LoraWan.

I just installed Chirpstack Gateway OS on a raspberry pi 4b + rak5146 hat. I added the gateway in Chirpstack, created a device profile for the Sensecap T1000-B tracker (a device I bought to test my gateway setup) and added a device to an application. I also configured the device to use my gateway, through the SenseCraft app. Now it seems I’m seeing LoRaWAN frames and events for the device. However, in the SenseCraft app, it says the device is offline and it is not showing GPS data.

What am I doing wrong? I’m not exactly sure how LoRaWAN works but it looks like it’s successfully connecting to my gateway but the data is not being forwarded to the server SenseCraft uses? I attached some screenshots of everything.

Thanks!

You should only be able to see the data in the SenseCraft app if you use SenseCap (the default LNS rather than Chirpstack). Perhaps it is possible to set up Chirpstack to forward the data to SenseCraft…
