Class A device transmission

Hi,

Assuming there is no duty cycle regulations, how soon can Class A device transmit the unconfirmed uplink the 2nd time? Is it right after the RX2 Delay?
how about for confirmed uplink?

I think the LoRaWAN 1.0.4 specification contains information about how long a device must wait before it can retransmit. See: https://lora-alliance.org/resource-hub/
