Connect gateway-os-base gateway to gateway-os-full network server

Hi,

I have 2 raspberry pi 1, one with a shield RisingHF - RHF0M301 and gateway-os-base(20230322150625) installed, and another with no shield and gateway-os-full(20230322150625) installed. I’m trying to connect the gateway of the one with gateway-os-base installed to the network server of the one with gateway-os-full installed, by configuring chirpstack MQTT forwarder via gateway-config and setting the server to tcp://172.30.9.15:1883 (example of an internal ip in my network). The problem is that I keep getting connection refused and the gateway in question is “never seen” on the network server dashboard.

The device with gateway-os-full and no shield, I’ve just installed the os, waited for it to fully boot and accessed it via UI on a internet browser.

Things I’ve tried and did work:

1. Set chirpstack MQTT forwarder server on the gateway-os-base device to tcp://test.mosquitto.org:1883 and the connection is stablished
2. Configure a rpi 1 with the shield, gateway-os-full and chirpstack MQTT forwarder server pointing to tcp://127.0.0.1:1883, I did manage to connect the gateway to the network server.

Am I missing something on the configuration process?

As the devices are in my university lab, I don’t have access to them right now, but once I do, I’ll share better logs.
