I installed the chirpstack-application-server and the gateway is seen but the device does not. I am trying to set the parameters of the device for the network at the “activation” tap, but there I find “This device has not (yet) been activated” . what is the problem ?

in Device EUI or AppKey or directly in the device itself
look into the gateway live frame tab first.
try sending a join request from the device if using OTAA
@eugenev Thank you eugenev for response … the problem was that the gateway is seen but the device is not . however, it is solved. When using the OTAA seems that it is a must to send a join request.
