Downlinks to Multi UG67 gateways stuck in queue

Hi all,

I have three Milesight UG67 gateways connected on the same LAN as my Chirpstack LNS. Gateways are configured using Chirpstack-v4 on port 1883. Uplinks work great and gateways report correctly.

I’ve added a Milesight UC300 controller to the network and want to control the digital outputs. When I manually enqueue an unconfirmed or confirmed downlink (FPort 85), the downlinks get added to the queue but don’t send. I’m watching the gateway logs at the same time, the gateways don’t seem to be receiving the downlinks.

Please assist, I’m unsure what to try next. Any configuration parameters I may have missed? When I created the UC300 device profile, it wasn’t in the templates. So I left the regional parameters revision as A. Would this make a difference.

Did you configure the device as class C? Otherwise the device would need to uplink before receiving the downlinks.

Any errors in the chirpstack logs? Maybe share the logs for when you trigger a downlink.

Found this on the forum, apparently needed to upgrade the redis version. Did that and it’s working. Very relieved.
