I noticed that with my setup i am able to receive downlinks if i make the node join with OTAA but downlink packets aren’t received if the node is joined through ABP.
I am working with a lopy4 board as a node and with a fipy as a packet forwarder (not actually a lorawan gateway); I managed to force the node to use just one frequency to send its packets so that the fipy is able to listen to it and forward them to the network server. Both the node and the fipy are communicating on 868100000 (EU868) but when sending downlinks from the application server interface the node is able to receive them only when connecting through OTAA.
Is there anything in the ABP settings that could actually create this issue?

A common issue with ABP is typos in the keys and LSB vs MSB formatting of keys.
