I was looking for some help. We have some devices that are class C. The device connects fine and then sends messages as scheduled. When we try to send messages down to the device we receive a txack and then ack. At this point, the device should send a message back. If we then send another message down we get the same behaviour. After two or three of these sequences we then get this error: Failed to send queue item deviceStatus . First message may not have been receievd from device.
The RSSI is -89 and SNR is -5 to -15
Does anyone know what the problem maybe?
