Forwarding Lora Cloud Integration Responses

Hi there,

I can’t quite seem to put my finger on why, but I can’t seem to forward “location” responses from the Lora Cloud das server through any of my test integrations. I’ve tried simple http integrations to thingsboard ce, the new chiprstack/thingsboard pe integration, tago.io, mqtt to node-red.

All other device telemetry is being forwarded without issue but the return data from Lora Cloud just will not forward.

Any ideas?

If LoRa Cloud returns a location object, ChirpStack will generate a new location event. But please make sure that the DAS does return a location.

Apologies for the late reply.

I managed to resolve the issue by pushing everything through a basic http integration to my end point application.

After some debugging I was able to identify that the DAS was in fact returning valid locations but only from the wifi solver.

After a conversation with semtech, we realized that the GNSS solver may have actually been broken for a time. So it wasn’t a chirpstack issue at all.
