Frames rceived but non transmitted

Hi all,

I am using a tektelic micro gateway with the chirpstack gatewaybridge installed on it. The application server and network server are running on a docker instance on a server. Everything is actually working fine. The gateway in question was set up in our office and was working properly.
Today we installed it at the clients office and now we only get frames received messages but no frames transmitted. The nodes (sensores) can’t connect as well.

Does any one has an idea if this is a firewall problem (ports). Or any idea how to solve this issue?

I’m having the same issue. In my case, the gateway will occasionally work perfectly then go back to receiving frames, but not transmitting them
