Could you suppose me what’s happening
There’s no any device has been created on the server. It has just few network profiles.
As it is a fresh installation, why not install ChirpStack v4?
Chirpstack-network-server is for ChirpStack v3.
As @datnus already mentioned, if this is a fresh install, then please install ChirpStack v4 (the first v4 was released Sept 2022).
