Hi! We are currently using a RAK 7246 gateway and installed the full image file of the gateway OS. Every time we flash it in the SD card, the gateway ID is said to be not configured. How do we deal with this issue?
The Concentratord must be up-and-running in order to show the Gateway ID. In the gateway-config menu, select your model. It might take a couple of seconds after restart before the Concentratord is up and running and the Gateway ID can be retrieved.
