Gateway never seen , but operational with lorawan frames

i’ve seen a few posts about this issue but not a working solution.

Gateway is operational, with live lorawan frames. But is showing as Never Seen

I’ve check that GW time is current, i check that gw dev eui is exact.

Yet it remains Never Seen

any suggestions?

Gateway last seen never

Hello, I am using the kit p-nucleo-lrwan3 kit from ST that comes with a sensor node and a gateway module. Everything is working fine, even gateway is receiving data from end node. But I don’t know why is my gateway still displaying last seen - never. If anyone has setup Chirpstack with LRWAN2 or LRWAN3 kit could you please tell me how did you solve this problem. Thanks.

How are the gateways connected?
Basic station or packet forwarder?
Any difference in config stat intervals on the gateways?

The last seen is driven by the (normally) regular stats that the gateway is sending. If this has been disabled, then the last seen will never be updated.

I had this problem with old USB card from Multitech.

thanks indeed this is only happening to an older GW that seems to have other issues. we removed it from Service.
