Gateway Setup with Gateway Bridge and Chirpstack

Hi everyone!

I have a setup consisting of a Advantech WISE 6610 A500 LoRa gateway and a Raspberry PI running Raspian with Chirpstack and Chirpstrack Gateway Bridge installed.

Here are the settings on Advantech Gateway.

I’m able to receive the “heartbeat” message using Chirpstack Gateway bridge however when on Chirpstack terminal, the status of the gateway doesn’t get updated and is “Never Seen”.

Am I missing something during the setup? And how do I handle the onboarding of new nodes?

I think what you are missing is the region prefix in the MQTT topic, e.g. eu868/gateway/.....
