Gateway show NO activity (last seen: never)

I have set up correctly my chirpstack server, and created all profiles needed.

Once I add my gateway, I cant see its activity or last connection.

Any Idea what could be wrong?

This might sound obvious, but

  • Does the gateway has internet connection?
  • How are you provisioning your gateway to connect with ChirpStack?

Hello Ignacio, thank you for your soon response.

Gateway actually has internet connection. (I’m connecting other devices to my Dragino AP).

The way I’m trying to connect is via UDP protocol (with Semtech UDP packet forwader), which is already set up on the gateway. (I’m quite sure the problem is here, I cannot find “global_conf.json” file in order to configure the UDP protocol to connect with my gateway (via ID).
