Get keys error: dial tcp i/o timeout

if i try the status of chirpstack-application-server
it’s come this error

FATA[0006] get keys error: dial tcp xx.xxx.xxx.xx: i/o timeout

whats mean?

(I do the quickstart Microsoft azure)

dial tcp xx.xxx.xxx.xx: i/o timeout

It means you have a network or firewall issue. Looking at the error it looks like Redis can’t be reached.
