How does "flush queue on activate" work in ABP?

Hello.

In the “Tenant” menu, under “Device Profiles”, there is a setting for “Flush queue on activate”.

The description says “If enabled, the device-queue will be flushed on ABP or OTAA activation.”

In the case of OTAA, “activation” is understood to be when JOIN is performed.

However, in the case of ABP, when is it considered activation?

Through the web-interface (or API) you can re-activate your ABP device. That would be considered a new activation in which case the queue is flushed.
