how to fix these dates as it showing to me on lorawan frames on chirpstack

It’s probably that the time of the server Chirpstack is running on is incorrect. Chirpstack should sync time with whatever machine it is running on.

Then this is not a Chirpstack problem but a seeed problem, you could try their forums: https://forum.seeedstudio.com/. Or check the NTP settings on the device.

I assume you are using the Seeed module with a Pi. Are you using the ChirpStack Gateway OS? It should automatically time-sync. If you are using an other distro, make sure to setup NTP synchronization.
