Http integration, uniq URL for each device(scale, best practice))

HTTP intergration to some IoT paltform like ThingsBoard use unique URL per device to have separated processing. As for me it’s not scale good (need to have list of apps URL in NS equal list of devices, looks unmanageable ). What’s the best practice for such kind of integration? If doing this way does the list of apps 100 pages log be a limitation of ChirpStack operation?
