I don't see LoraWan Frames

Hi everybody

My chhirpstack is working well with my devices But in the web UI
In the Gateway LoraWan Frames and in the devices menu I no longer see the frames, even though I could see them a few weeks ago
I just have the spinning wheel going on indefinitely (something like 1 hour before I close )

I try to reboot Chirpstack without success
I don’t update anything

Your replies are welcome

Have you enabled web proxy recently?

Hello
Where can I find a web proxy ?
In luci Web UI , in the Chirpstack Web UI ?
I look in both but don’t find any web proxy

And since it was working, I’m 80% sure I didn’t change anything.

The web proxy would have been something you added yourself, since you didn’t do that this must be something else.

Have you checked your Chirpstack logs for errors?

You can open Developer tool in Chrome and open the page to check if any error in the web console.

That page usually requires grpc, Redis… to be working.

Are you setting up it in a server or a Pi or in a gateway?

Hello
I use a sense cap M2 Gateway like this one

https://www.seeedstudio.com/SenseCAP-Multi-Platform-LoRaWAN-Indoor-Gateway-SX1302-US915-p-5472.html

I try with Chrome and FIrefox but it’s the same result.
The Developer tool show no errors

Maybe I will try a hard reset , but I have many Apps/profiles and so on to recreate if I reset

So don’t really feel like it

You may try to setup ChirpStack in a proper Linux server instead.

More control, more debug and more stable.
