I am trying to integrate chirpstack server with AWS console. Previously when I used V3, it worked properly but now i’m using V4. It is not working properly. I gave all the requirements like access key, secret access key, AWS SNS topic arn, and also region i mentioned in chirpstack integretion part, and i’m using email protocol subscription. I confirmed the subscription but still i can’t able to see the data. Previously when i used V3, data that i am ending can be seen in my emails. But now i’m not getting any emails.
How to resolve this issue??
Hi Jahnavi, are sure you have the appropriate policies in place for the account in AWS to add messaged to SNS using the role or user that you generated the access keys?
