Ism2400 (LoRa 2.4 GHz)

Hi,

I have a MTAC-LORA-2G4-3 board into my Multitech Conduit for the ism2400 and ISM2400 endpoints (SX1280).

Since mPower 5.2.1 the MTAC-LORA-2G4-3 card can be used in Packet forwarder mode.

The config is http://www.multitech.net/developer/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/global_conf.json_.2g4.txt

Do you plan to add the ISM2400 band into the Chirpstack NS ?

Didier

Yes this is planned, but I do not have an ETA. In case you or somebody else would like to contribute, this would be a great contribution and Iā€™m happy to provide support where needed :slight_smile:

Hi,

Chirpstack 3.13 works fine with my Multitech MTCDT with the mCard 2G4.

The network conf is

...
network_server.band]
name="ISM2400"

[network_server.network_settings]

  [[network_server.network_settings.extra_channels]]
  frequency=2422000000
  min_dr=0
  max_dr=5

  [[network_server.network_settings.extra_channels]]
  frequency=2425000000
  min_dr=0
  max_dr=5

  [[network_server.network_settings.extra_channels]]
  frequency=2479000000
  min_dr=0
  max_dr=5
...

The endpoints are NucleoF446RE with Lambda80 modules (SX1280). I will open source the RIOT-based SW ASAP.

Didier.
