Issue when fetching package in yarn during compilation

Hi,

I tried to compile chirpstack in bitbake and run into a issue with yarn fail to fetch the packages required.

I confirm that the network connectivity is ok on my ubuntu VM build machine.

and I can download the package directly if I put the url into a browser.
