Join request failed activation appkey 00 00

Hi,

Here the issue, we are currently testing chirpstack on 3 different devices :

A. VM with ubuntu
B. Raspberry pi with raspberry OS
C. Raspberry pi with ubuntu

On A and C, no issue the activation process is working fine

On B, application key will always stays to 00 00 00 00 …
Joint request is received, then :

error:“join-server returned error: response error, code: Other, description: get device-keys error: object does not exist”

All the solution A,B,C are using the same settings, the same transmitters.

Any taught ?

To me this looks like you didn’t add the AppKey for this device, as this error indicates that no keys were found.
