having an issues with my water meter devices, when I am trying to send the data once a day , the data is not received, I connected 50 devices, and I am able to get only 25 devices data , how to clear that and also issues with the link margin shoes N/A, how to overcome the issues , how can I receive all the 50 devices of data once a data at time 12:05 only , but it not received, how to overcome it
I’d start by checking your gateways’ packet forwarder logs to verify the devices are actually sending on the expected schedule and reaching the gateway(s).
