Hello there,
I am using ChirpStack V4, which was just installed 2 days ago. I am using the Ubuntu server as an OS and have installed Docker for the ChirpStack to make it my own local server. I am using the RAK wireless gateway, which is connected to the server via an Ethernet port.
:: On ChirpStack, I can see that my gateway is online, and also LoRaWAN frames are visible. I see the request from devices around.
Issue:
i have added 1 Lorawan sensor on the server which send request which i can see from device frames. From events I see the join messege. but the request is not accepting. the Following pictures for the reference.
please can anyone help me to find the issue with this?
Hi there
,
I don’t see the detailed logs related to the join request, but most probably, the AppKey is invalid.
This also commonly happens if there is a band (or subband) mismatch between device → gateway → chirpstack. Ensure your MQTT topic prefix matches your gateway region matches your devices region.
